Digital Products — All Sales Final

All Happilees products are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, broken download link, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at happileescollabs@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, which may include re-sending the download link or providing a replacement file.

What We Cannot Refund

Bundles

Bundle purchases are treated as a single transaction. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed after a product has been downloaded, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the completed transaction and download.
